Church, Grand Rios, install of cassette and chain, church then a night ride at 9pm for about an hour - local riding. Was able to do two up and downs on super prime in big gears to the top...headed to champlin and then around champlin then home. massive wind heading into the city...massive tail winds on the way home. nice. getting some ride time after all went to bed was a good thing.
