one last trip to the shop - to clear up any issues on the bike....found a shot rear hub. Well, I hope it isnt too bad - i only have one other good hub on the wifes bike - XT but its old...fingers crossed. So while i was tearing the bike apart - and I am realistic here, it is an old bike - the crew at the shop pulled out some touch up paint and then I got a bit creative...pics will follow...
look for the specter of death on the front fork...the rat on fire...the burning bottom bracket and the gold metal fleck headset....soon to be added - trailhead green accents...
It wont be the required 15 pieces of flare but what the heck...its art.
