quest....

it seems my quest to find a few pounds to loose is well under way. i have always said - when looking at uber light / fast bikes - that i could stand to loose 5 -10 lbs on my body before worrying about 2-3 lbs on a bike...how true.

with that being said, i am encouraged by EZ at work to stay the course with staying away from fast food...how boreing but it will work. mix that with some ramped up interval efforts prior to cheq...the weight loss will be easy and result in a bit better power to weight ratio....just thinking about those climbs on cheq make me cringe a bit.
