Stuck waiting for two long trains...I didnt get done with work until 530 pm and had to get camping stuff ready for the weekend....with that done so quickly - why not ride. I headed out to Elk River for the hill repeat north of town and did four reps and headed home - I think it was like 30 miles or something just over. my legs feel like lead and my body is just not used to riding a lot yet...will get there sooner or later....just need to be set for the big Sept ride in the woods in Cable.
